Berkswell Cricket Club

Founded in 1896, Berkswell Cricket Club has enjoyed an impressive journey over the past 15+ years. Under the guidance of Dominic Ostler, Nick James and Neil Dexter, the club rose from village‑level cricket to becoming Premier Division champions of the Birmingham & District Premier Cricket League (BDPCL) in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021. Although 2025 brought the setback of relegation to Premier Division 2, we are energised for the future. With Chris Whittock stepping in as our new 1st XI captain for 2026, we are excited to regroup, rebuild and push for a return to the top
